Emily Blunt Films Devil Wears Prada Sequel in Milan

Almost 20 years after the original film, a sequel to The Devil Wears Prada is in production, with filming spotted at Milan Fashion Week. The sequel sees Anne Hathaway return as Andy Sachs, alongside Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly, Emily Blunt as Emily Charlton, and Stanley Tucci as Nigel Kipling.

During the Dolce & Gabbana show on Saturday, Streep and Tucci were seen on the front row in character as Priestly and Kipling, sitting next to Naomi Campbell and joined by new cast member Simone Ashley. The trio remained in character during the catwalk but greeted attendees post-show, including Anna Wintour, who shared a warm hug with Streep.

The moment has gone viral on social media, with fans expressing excitement. Comments included references to the original film, such as “Can you please spell Gabbana?” and praise for Streep’s portrayal: “The head tilt and that move with her hand on her neck, that's Miranda Priestly right there.”
