Ed Sheeran's £3.7m Suffolk Estate Includes Private Pub and Lake

Ed Sheeran's sprawling Suffolk estate, valued at £3.7 million, features a private pub, lake, treehouse, and underground music room. The property, dubbed 'Sheeranville', comprises four houses including a 16th-century Grade II-listed farmhouse, a four-bedroom home, a bungalow, and a modern detached house with a recording studio.

The singer purchased the main modern farmhouse for £895,000 and has since added a gym, indoor pool, billiards room, and jacuzzi. A neighbouring Grade II-listed farmhouse cost £450,000, while a four-bedroom property bought in 2016 for £925,000 sits in front of it. Construction has been 'never-ending', according to a neighbour, with extensions and additions ongoing for years.

In 2017, Sheeran obtained planning permission to build a pub on the estate, which includes an underground cinema and a tunnel connecting to the main house. The property also boasts a treehouse with a living room, study, and audiovisual room, a barn converted into a four-space garage, and a wildlife pond used as a swimming pool.
