EastEnders could witness the collapse of one beloved couple next week, and it's entirely down to Bea Pollard's meddling.
As viewers of the BBC soap will recall, Bea (Ronni Ancona) has been fixated on Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton) since her arrival in Walford back in January. As her envy intensified, Bea even moved into the Mitchell household and secured a credit card in Honey's name.
In a sinister development, Bea sabotaged a ladder, resulting in Honey suffering a serious fall while cleaning guttering. The obsessive Bea also developed an infatuation with Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), though he promptly ended things following a news piece describing them as married.
Honey was livid upon discovering the debt Bea had accumulated using her name, and she's set to become entangled in more of her deranged behaviour.
Is Billy and Honey's marriage on the rocks in EastEnders?
Next week, Honey and her spouse, Billy (Perry Fenwick), attempt to rebuild their relationship following an unsuccessful date, but Bea feels devastated that nobody in Albert Square has acknowledged her birthday, reports OK!.
While in The Queen Vic, Bea finds herself mortified after assuming Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) has arranged a surprise for her special day, which is actually intended for Lily Slater (Lillia Turner). She hastily escapes from the pub to the café, where Honey offers comfort.
The situation quickly sours when Bea claims that Billy is manipulating Honey after she suggests they keep their encounter confidential. However, it's not long before Billy makes an appearance, and Honey swiftly asserts to her husband that she has the right to mingle with whomever she chooses.
Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) soon intervenes to assist his concerned cousin, Billy, and he hands Bea money to depart Walford.

However, the scheme unravels when Bea publicly discloses Billy and Phil's actions and alleges that Billy has attempted to sleep with her.
Later, Billy pleads his innocence to a stunned Honey, who promptly exits the conversation, leading to a confrontation back at home.
Honey insists on being left alone, leaving Billy in need of further assistance from Phil as Bea returns to the pub. Will Bea's actions permanently fracture Honey and Billy's relationship?
The beloved pair began dating in 2005 and have two children together. Despite numerous splits and reconciliations over the years, they reaffirmed their love with another wedding in February 2025.
