DJ Fat Tony is reportedly set to reveal how he clashed with Robert De Niro in a new Netflix series. The 54-year-old musician allegedly got the 'fright of his life' when he rubbed the 77-year-old screen legend the wrong way after spending time with De Niro's adoptive daughter Drena, 49.
A source told The Sun that the incident occurred when Tony was chatting with Drena at a club and later at his flat in Soho. De Niro reportedly arrived unannounced with two minders, hammering at the door. 'Imagine being on the wrong end of a heavy session and De Niro turning up unannounced and extremely angry. It was terrifying,' the source said.
The series, expected to be called Fat Tony's Tall Tales, will commence filming this month in London. It will detail his wild heyday and close friendships with the likes of Boy George, Kate Moss, and Naomi Campbell. Producers hope it will be as big a hit as Tiger King.
Meanwhile, DJ Fat Tony, who previously revealed he took drugs every day for 28 years, has expressed his desire to perform at Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's forthcoming wedding. Speaking on Fubar Radio's Access All Areas, he said: 'If I'm not there's going to be bloody trouble.' He also spoke warmly of his bond with the Beckham family, calling them 'incredible'.
