This Morning star Cat Deeley is reportedly concerned about her ex-husband Patrick Kielty as she moves out of the family home in North London. A removals team was spotted loading boxes into a van outside the property, which is near the £5 million five-bedroom house the couple bought together two years ago.
The couple announced their separation in July after 13 years of marriage. A source told The Sun: 'She’s focusing on her work and the future. She’s worried Patrick seems to be taking longer to adjust. He misses the family unit, and the pressure of work on top of the public split has made it hard for him.'
The source added: 'He’s naturally more of a brooder while Cat is more get-up-and-go. Cat still cares a lot for him and wants him to be in a good place for the boys and for himself so that does cause her some concern.'
Cat and Patrick announced their split via a joint statement on social media, saying: 'We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved. We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected.'
Patrick recently returned to host The Late Late Show, where he became emotional while thanking fans for their support. He said: 'One of the greatest joys of hosting this show is that you are never alone, so to all of you that have been so kind to me and my family these past few months, I want to say a huge go raibh mile maith agat.'
