Candace Cameron Bure, best known for her role as D.J. Tanner on Full House, is set to become a grandmother at the age of 50. Her eldest daughter, Natasha Bure, 27, announced she is expecting her first child with husband Bradley Steven Perry, a former Disney Channel star.
The couple shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, posting photos of themselves in matching blue and white striped shirts, holding mugs that read “Dada!” and “Mama!” as Natasha cradled her baby bump. Perry captioned the post: “Our dream role.”
Candace expressed her excitement in the comments, writing: “CandyGram in full effect.” Other celebrities, including Twilight star Taylor Lautner and his wife Tay, also congratulated the couple. Taylor Lautner commented: “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SCREAMING CRYING PUKING OUT MY REAR END BABY PERRYYYY.”
The pregnancy news comes after Natasha and Perry married in September at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California, with 150 guests. The couple went public with their relationship in July 2024, and Perry proposed in April 2025 in Santa Barbara. Candace told People that Perry had orchestrated a surprise engagement, disguising it as a fake work event.
Candace and her husband, former NHL player Valeri Bure, also have two sons, Levin, 26, and Maksim, 24.
