- 50g of brown sugar
- Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Four boneless salmon fillets

Method
Begin by heating the air fryer to 200C, and while it warms up, combine the brown sugar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl, whisking thoroughly before spooning the mixture evenly over the fillets. For simplicity, you can leave the skin on the salmon throughout the cooking process.
Place the salmon fillets into the air fryer basket and pour the glaze evenly over the top. Cook for five to seven minutes, or until cooked through.
