Brooklyn Beckham has been photographed in a foot brace as he posed alongside wife Nicola Peltz, but his foot injury remains a mystery. The sighting comes as the Beckham family drama continues with no sign of a truce anytime soon.
Family Feud Intensifies
Hours after Brooklyn's sister Harper stood alongside her family as Sir David Beckham was honored on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, she was seen arriving at Brooklyn's house. Brooklyn reportedly felt 'uncomfortable' over pictures of his sister at his home this week. His team previously claimed that the decision for his younger sister to be seen at his Los Angeles home was 'choreographed'.
Harper, 14, was seen arriving at Brooklyn's home in a chauffeur-driven car, still wearing her pink dress from the ceremony. However, any hopes the young star had of extending an olive branch to her older brother were dashed as Harper didn't enter the property.
Instead, Brooklyn was in New York, on the other side of the United States, and shared an image of himself on a run. Despite this, the chef is aware of the pictures circulating of his younger sister.
Foot Brace Mystery
But just days earlier, Nicola shared photographs of Brooklyn on her Instagram with him wearing a 'moon boot' — a rigid, adjustable, and removable brace with a cushioned interior and a curved sole to help mimic natural walking. The couple attended an event in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 11, with Nicola sharing snaps of them together on Instagram.
In one shot, the aspiring chef and his actress wife held hands as they made their way to the event. But eagle-eyed fans noticed the foot brace on Brooklyn's left foot. One follower commented: 'Very elegant photos, what's happened to Brooklyn's foot?' Another wrote: 'He's wearing a moon boot?'
Brooklyn has not publicly addressed the cause of his foot injury, but it doesn't appear to be too serious as he was spotted on a run without the brace just days later.
Ongoing Tensions
The Beckham family have been at loggerheads for some time, with Brooklyn saying earlier this year he had no desire to reconcile with his family. In pictures obtained by Page Six, Harper was seen walking to the gates alone, still wearing her pink silk dress from the ceremony. Insiders said Harper arrived 'unannounced' and she was the only one of the family to make the trip.
A spokesperson for Brooklyn told the outlet: 'That photographers were in place as the letter was hand-delivered says it all — this was choreographed for the cameras.' But hitting back, a source close to Sir David and Lady Beckham branded the claims 'nasty accusations'. They told the Daily Mail: 'It is incredibly sad that this horrible accusation is being levelled at an innocent young girl who just desperately misses her brother. Nothing needed to be said at all, so to invent this nasty accusation is really unnecessary.'
