Brooklyn Beckham Snubs Dad David and Sister Harper on Milestone Day
Brooklyn Beckham Under Fire for Snubbing Family on Milestone Day

Brooklyn Beckham has come under fire for his behavior on what should have been a milestone day for the Beckham family. The 27-year-old aspiring chef once again missed out on a significant family event when his father, Sir David Beckham, 51, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles on Friday.

Victoria Beckham, 52, was joined by her daughter Harper, 14, and sons Cruz and Romeo as she proudly spoke about her husband's achievements. Superstar Tom Cruise also paid tribute to the former England captain during the ceremony.

Harper's Attempt to Reconnect

Later in the day, Harper made a heartfelt attempt to reconnect with her older brother. She was photographed at the gates of the Los Angeles compound Brooklyn shares with his wife, Nicola Peltz. The 14-year-old tried to gain access to the house but left shortly after. Reports indicate that neither Brooklyn nor Nicola was home to greet her.

Social Media Backlash

The Beckham family's fanbase expressed disappointment over Brooklyn's absence. A series of loved-up photos shared by Nicola on social media drew criticism from followers. One fan commented, "Shame couldn't support your family in LA instead still having a tantrum and living off your wife's family money! How immature." Another wrote, "Family is the most important thing in life, especially your parents." A third added, "Am I the only one here…every time David Beckham pulls off another success," alluding to Brooklyn and Nicola's social media solidarity but lack of support for his parents. A fourth person told Nicola, "If you really loved him you would make him sort things out with his family that truly love him."

Previous Family Feud

In January, Brooklyn released a lengthy statement against his family, claiming his mother ruined his wedding day and that his family tried to sever his relationship with Nicola. The statement read, "I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private." He added, "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life." The rant also alleged that his parents encouraged him to sign away the rights to his name and that his mother called him "evil" over wedding table layouts. Brooklyn also claimed his family disrespected Nicola by inviting women from his past into their lives.

This ongoing feud has led Brooklyn to miss several family milestones, including birthdays, Christmas, and not inviting his family to his vow renewal.
