Kristina Rihanoff has revealed she is almost three months pregnant, sharing the news with her fellow housemates on Celebrity Big Brother. The Strictly Come Dancing star, 38, became emotional as she told the group that she and partner Ben Cohen are expecting their first child.
Rihanoff, who is up for eviction on Friday evening, said she found out over Christmas and had been struggling to decide when to share the news. 'I just didn't know how to break it, what to say, when to say, it played on my mind and I wanted everyone to hear,' she said.
The dancer met Ben Cohen, a former England rugby player, when they partnered on Strictly last year. Cohen split from his wife of ten years after the show ended. A spokesman for Rihanoff confirmed the couple were 'surprised and delighted' by the pregnancy.
Rihanoff is believed to be the first housemate to enter the Big Brother house while pregnant. Channel 5 has confirmed procedures are in place for her care. The announcement will be broadcast during the live eviction at 9pm on Channel 5.
