David and Victoria Beckham have once again captured hearts with a sweet tribute that went viral ahead of David's 50th birthday. Victoria posted a video of the couple dancing and singing along to Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers' 'Islands in the Stream', a nod to their 2023 documentary series 'Beckham'. The original clip from the show saw them dancing to the same song in their home, showcasing their playful side after over two decades of marriage.
In the latest clip, the couple is seen at a party, with David wearing suit trousers and a loosely buttoned white shirt, while Victoria looks stunning in a simple black slip dress with her hair in loose waves. At the end of the dance, Victoria wraps her arms around David and kisses him on the cheek. 'Happy birthday eve @davidbeckham... my everything. My best friend, soul mate and dance partner for life,' she wrote in the caption, adding lyrics from the song: 'We start and end as one, In love forever, We can ride it together, ah ha I love you.'
Fans flooded the comments with messages of joy, with one writing, 'This is the love we all want,' and another adding, 'You two own this song by now.' The couple first met in 1997 at the Manchester United players' lounge when Victoria attended a game with her Spice Girls bandmate Mel C. They married in July 1999 and have four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13.
Recent rumours of a feud between Brooklyn and his parents were squashed when he and his wife Nicola Peltz touched down in London ahead of David's birthday. Nicola posted a series of photos on Instagram showing the couple laughing and kissing on a couch, captioned 'London love' with a UK flag and pink bow emoji. The couple married in April 2022 in an extravagant ceremony at her family estate in Palm Beach, Florida.
