Amanda Holden left her Heart Radio co-star Jamie Theakston and listeners stunned this week after a candid revelation about her marriage. The 55-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge, who frequently shares relationship insights on air, disclosed that she kisses her husband Chris Hughes at least 10 times a day.

During a live segment, Amanda asked Jamie: "What do you believe the secret to a happy marriage is?" As he hesitated, she read survey findings indicating that kissing at least 10 times a week is important. Amanda, married to Chris since 2008, commented: "Which I think is quite low in seven days, even by my standards and my husband, who nags me all the time, would say you do that in a day, 10 kisses, probably."
Jamie, taken aback, responded: "You kiss your husband 10 times a day?" Amanda confirmed, adding: "Even if I gave him a Glaswegian one. Everyone in Scotland would know what that is. But yeah we do, we have a good old snog." Jamie remained unconvinced, but Amanda insisted: "I think that's the easiest thing to get out the way in a marriage."

Further survey results revealed that saying 'I love you' at least nine times a week, having 10 deep conversations monthly, and going on dates three times a month are keys to success. Amanda admitted date nights are "utterly impossible" due to her hectic schedule raising two daughters. "Me and Chris, if we're lucky, we might go out for dinner once a month on our own," she said.
Regarding meaningful conversations, she laughed: "We definitely don't have meaningful conversations. Ours are like, 'What do you want for your tea? What are our plans for Sunday?' That's as deep and meaningful as it gets."
