Amanda Holden Recreates Iconic Basic Instinct Scene in Leather Mini Skirt

Amanda Holden has once again set social media alight by recreating Sharon Stone's famous scene from the 1992 film Basic Instinct. The former Britain's Got Talent judge shared a cheeky video on Instagram, where she uncrossed her legs while wearing a burgundy leather mini skirt, joking that she was wearing underwear because it was Tuesday.

In the clip, the Heart Radio presenter spoke from her office, referencing the iconic moment from the film where Stone's character, Catherine Tramell, goes commando during a police interrogation. Holden quipped: 'I didn't want to do a Basic Instinct there. Although I am wearing pants because it's Tuesday!'

The 54-year-old mother of two also discussed her outfit and her New Year's resolutions, saying she was trying 'try January' instead of making formal resolutions. She admitted to being on a detox until Friday, adding: 'I'm two days in, I've got the shakes.'

Holden, who shares daughters Lexi, 19, and Hollie, 14, with husband Chris Hughes, recently moved into a £7 million Surrey home. She has transformed the property from a pale, white and grey space into a maximalist mansion featuring a bar, leopard print wallpaper and gold trims.

Speaking about her home, Holden said she prioritises practicality, with wooden floors and washable furnishings to accommodate her children, two dogs and a cat. She also revealed that her kitchen is designed for entertaining, with a bar replacing the former dining room.
