Amanda Batula and West Wilson Confirm Romance in New Spinoff Trailer

Bravo fans have been given a first look at the flirty dynamic between Amanda Batula and West Wilson in the trailer for the new Summer House spinoff, In The City. The trailer, released on Tuesday, shows the pair sharing a hug and exchanging playful greetings on a New York City street.

In the clip, Batula, 34, calls out “Hey cutie!” as Wilson, 31, approaches, to which he replies “Hey Mandy” before they embrace. The encounter appears to have been filmed while Batula was still married to Kyle Cooke; the couple announced their separation in January after four years of marriage.

The trailer also hints at tension between Batula and Cooke, with Batula heard asking, “Who was in our apartment last night while I’m asleep? Do you know how many times you’ve cheated on me?” Another cast member, Lindsay Hubbard, is seen saying, “I am watching my friends demolish their relationship.”

Batula and Wilson confirmed their romance in a joint Instagram statement on March 31, acknowledging that their relationship is “still very new” and that they wanted to “provide some clarity” amid online speculation. They added, “We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”

The couple had kept their relationship secret from their castmates, including Cooke and Batula’s best friend Ciara Miller, who previously dated Wilson. Miller unfollowed both Batula and Wilson on Instagram shortly after their statement.

In The City premieres on May 19, immediately after the Summer House season 10 finale. The series, filmed in fall 2025, follows the cast as they “navigate the biggest transitions of their lives,” according to Bravo.
