Vogue Williams has revealed she abandoned her top choice name for her fourth child after pushback from her husband's family. The Irish media personality is currently pregnant with her fourth child - her third son with husband Spencer Matthews - and is due to give birth in late August 2026.
Name scrapped after family calls
On her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast, Williams shared that she had initially chosen the name "Elvis" for the baby. However, the bold name was quickly vetoed after phone calls from Spencer's parents, David and Jane, the Mirror reported.
Speaking on her podcast to co-host Joanne McNally, Williams admitted the couple is now back to square one. While she loved the name, she confessed to harbouring minor doubts about how such a name might affect her son later in life, particularly when starting a career.
Backup ideas and family details
With her due date approaching, Williams confirmed she has backup ideas but actively solicited fresh suggestions from her Instagram followers. The upcoming arrival marks the couple's third son, joining older siblings Theodore, Gigi, and Otto.
Vogue Williams first gained public attention on the Irish series Fade Street and Australia's Dancing with the Stars. In 2025 she won Bear Grylls: Mission Survive.
The Dublin-born star went on to front investigative documentary series On the Edge. Previously married to former Westlife singer Brian McFadden, Williams later documented her life with Matthews in their Channel 4 reality show, Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too.
