Gerwyn Price, the Welsh darts star and 2021 PDC world champion, has transformed the basement of his home in Markham, Caerphilly, into a spectacular man cave. The space includes a stacked bar, cinema area, pool tables, and a professional-grade dart board, making it a dream retreat for the champion.
A Sanctuary for Celebrations and Relaxation
The basement is divided into sections, with one area converted into a mini cinema featuring a 100-inch 4K TV, 12 Artcoustic surround-sound speakers, and a projector screen. Opposite the TV, a five-seater L-shaped sofa and a snug lounge chair upholstered with Price's old darts shirts provide seating, while a planetarium ceiling twinkles overhead.
Behind the sofa, a bar is filled with trophies from Price's career, alongside bottles of fine spirits and a built-in fridge stocked with beers and wines. The bar area also displays dozens of accolades, celebrating his achievements in the sport.
Cue Sports and Darts Practice Area
Next to the cinema, snooker and pool tables are set up, reflecting Price's love for cue sports. He even entered the 2026 UK Open Pool Championship earlier this year. The man cave also includes a fully functional practice area for darts, crowned by an enormous card of Price kissing the World Darts Championship trophy.
Shirts, vintage darts, photographs, and medals adorn every wall, making the room a true tribute to his career.
New Farm Purchase in Treharris
Price has revealed plans for a new project after purchasing a farm in nearby Treharris. Speaking on the Tops and Tales podcast, he explained that he wanted "a bit of privacy" and teased a documentary series about the renovation.
"I've just bought a farm," he said. "That's in Treharris. There might be a series on it. I think a documentary, or maybe a TV channel coming in and filming. Not like Clarkson's Farm or something. Just for the renovation side of it."
The project is expected to take 12 to 18 months to complete, with Price planning to lease most of the land and keep chickens and small animals. "When I retire, I'll probably run it as a decent farm," he added.
