Abdul Barkeeh Salihi, 24, groped the girl's bottom while she attended Leadenhall Market in the City of London with her family to see the filming location for Diagon Alley.
Confrontation and Sentencing
After the sexual assault, Salihi was confronted by her family in the Rocca restaurant in Leadenhall Market, an incident which ended with him throwing a chair through a window.
Salihi, an Afghan national, admitted two counts of sexual assault and criminal damage. He was sentenced last week to a £400 fine with a £160 victim surcharge.
