A crash involving two cars on Moss Hall Road in Heywood has left two men with serious injuries. The collision occurred at around 7.45am on Tuesday, July 28.
Police and paramedics attended the scene, and the road was closed for several hours. The air ambulance is reported to have landed nearby.
Victims and investigation
The injured men, aged 35 and 44, were taken to hospital. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed both suffered serious injuries.
Officers from GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information. Police said: "This includes anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage from the area."
