E-fit released after sexual assault at Reading Festival

Thames Valley Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak with after a girl was reportedly sexually assaulted during a rapper's show at Reading Festival. The alleged incident occurred during Gunna's set at the festival on Saturday, August 29.

Incident at The Gallery Stage

A man is reported to have touched a girl inappropriately at The Gallery Stage during Gunna's performance. Detectives have now released an e-fit of the man as part of their investigation into the alleged sexual assault.

Suspect description

The suspect is described as south Asian with dark skin and in his late 20s to early 30s. Police said he has dark short hair and was wearing a beige jacket and similar coloured trousers.

Appeal for information

The police force has asked anyone who recognises the man or has any information that may assist them to contact Thames Valley Police. Investigating officer Detective Constable Kate Hawkins said: “I am releasing this e-fit image and would ask anybody who believes that they recognise the man depicted, or who believes they witnessed this incident to please get in contact with us.
