Residents Express Confusion and Concern
Local residents on Crowngreen Road, described as a quiet and friendly area, have voiced their confusion over the prolonged police presence. One neighbour, James, 35, reported seeing a significant initial response: "There was literally 40 police near the start. They have been here every day. They have been here a week. They were digging and were here last night till 10 o'clock."
Another resident, Anita, 64, expressed frustration at the lack of communication: "They have been digging and taken up the shed but don't know why. It's a family that live in that house. I just want to know what's going on, they don't tell us anything." She noted that officers have maintained a constant presence, with one at the front and one at the back of the property.
