Detectives in East Ayrshire have released CCTV images of two men they believe can assist with enquiries into a serious assault in Kilmarnock.
Incident Details
The assault took place on John Finnie Street at approximately 12:55am on Sunday, 19 April 2026. Police have not disclosed the extent of the victim's injuries but have classified the incident as a serious assault.
Suspect Descriptions
The first man is described as white, approximately 6ft tall, of slim build, and in his mid-20s. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
The second man is also described as white, 6ft tall, slim build, and in his mid-20s. He was wearing a blue hooded jumper, dark trousers, and black and white trainers.
Police Appeal
Detective Constable Pringle, from Kilmarnock CID, said: “We are appealing for the men in these images, or anyone who recognises them, to please come forward as we believe they can assist our enquiries.”
