Tesco has launched a major expansion of Clubcard Points Partners, allowing members to collect points with more than 500 new brands. Shoppers can now earn points when buying trainers from Nike, fashion from Boden, or tickets from Ticketmaster.
Previously, Clubcard members could collect points with only 13 Points Partners outside Tesco. The number of points available varies by partner, with some offering more than the usual one point per pound spent. Members can also double or triple the value of their points with certain Tesco Reward Partners.
Examples of New Points Partners
Nike, for instance, is currently offering up to four Clubcard points per £1 spent. A £100 spend with Nike could therefore give 400 Clubcard points, which convert into a £4 Clubcard voucher. If exchanged with seven leading restaurant Clubcard partners, that voucher could be worth triple value, giving the member £12 off their bill.
Tesco’s Group Loyalty & Membership Director Shama Wilson said: “We're really excited to be giving Clubcard members even more ways to collect points on more brands they already know and love. Today marks the biggest expansion of the partner brands where customers can collect Clubcard points, with more than 500 brands now available across fashion, beauty, home, travel and more.
“As we head into Black Friday and Christmas, customers can collect points on spending they're planning to do and turn those points into rewards that matter most to them.”
How to Collect Points
Tesco has partnered with Valuedynamx to deliver the new Clubcard Points Partner platform. To collect points with the new partners, Clubcard members need to access the partner’s online shop via the Clubcard section of the Tesco app or through the Clubcard website.
The Clubcard section of the Tesco app is already the best place for members to track their points, vouchers and rewards. Joining Tesco Clubcard is quick and easy, with more than 24 million UK households now including a Clubcard member.
