A document from the Environment Agency reveals that Baker Street Generation Limited was specifically tied to the Protos Gas Generation Plant. The document detailed the approved installation of the energy-production plant at National Grid Reference SJ 46601 76109, approximately 7 km to the east of Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, England. The Environmental Permit pertained to the burning of "any fuel in an appliance with a rated thermal input of 50 or more megawatts", as well as the installation of 11 natural gas-fired 10MWth engines.
