The Girls Aloud singer, 40, shared the joyful news on Instagram on Sunday, revealing that she gave birth a couple of weeks ago. Alongside a sweet snap cradling the newborn, she confirmed the happy update to fans.

The singer had previously announced her pregnancy on Christmas Day, posting a gorgeous photo of her baby bump. At the time, she wrote: "Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families. We've been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant! Nicola and former footballer Mitch Hahn, 37, became engaged a year ago during a romantic trip to the south of France. According to reports, he proposed in July 2024. A source told The Sun: "Nicola has met her soulmate in Mitch. She couldn't be happier." The couple were first pictured together at Elton John's concert in June 2022. Mitch, an accountant and semi-professional footballer, plays for Essex team Grays Athletic and captained the Great Britain team at the European Maccabi Games in Israel.
