A man has been fatally shot by police following an alleged domestic violence incident in the City of Moreton Bay, Queensland, overnight.
Emergency services were dispatched to a residence on Cavill Way in Narangba at approximately 12:30 am after receiving reports that an armed man was making threats during a domestic violence incident.
According to police, the man approached officers while carrying a firearm and allegedly threatened them, leading officers to open fire.

Despite efforts by police to revive him through first aid and CPR, the man died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
