Parkdean Resorts Launches 2026 Festive Breaks from £499

Parkdean Resorts has officially launched its 2026 festive staycation breaks, offering families the chance to enjoy a ready-made Christmas experience without the hassle of hosting at home. With five-night stays starting from £499, the holiday park operator is promising a range of winter-themed activities across eight UK parks, including pantomimes, ice skating rinks, Christmas markets, and visits with Santa.

What's Included in the Festive Breaks

Guests can expect twinkling lights, themed entertainment, and festive food packages as part of the Winter Wonderland experiences. Activities vary by park but include interactive family pantomimes, festive Milkshake! mornings for younger children, PAW Patrol meet-and-greets, and immersive 'Search for Santa' experiences. Children can also participate in Elf Academy workshops, festive pottery painting, bauble making, and chocolate-themed activities, while adults can browse Christmas markets or book Christmas Day lunch packages.

Park Highlights and Pricing

Among the parks taking bookings now are Ty Mawr Holiday Park in North Wales, with five-night stays from £559, and White Cross Bay Holiday Park in the Lake District from £499. Families looking for a coastal Christmas can opt for Camber Sands Holiday Park in Kent and Sussex, where breaks start from £509. Dorset's Warmwell Holiday Park offers one of the most activity-packed festive programmes from £1,044 for four nights, including skiing, snowboarding, and a roller rink. Other parks include Cayton Bay in North Yorkshire, Fallbarrow in the Lake District, Trecco Bay in Wales, and Vauxhall in East Anglia.

It is important to note that not every activity is available at every park. For example, Fallbarrow offers no specific festive activities but benefits from stunning scenery with Lake Windermere on its doorstep. Guests are advised to check individual park offerings before booking.

Additional Festive Options

For those who prefer to avoid cooking on Christmas Day, Parkdean Resorts offers three-course Christmas lunches at most festive parks, excluding Fallbarrow and White Cross Bay. Dining slots should be reserved around six weeks before arrival due to limited availability.

Elsewhere, Alton Towers is offering festive breaks from 27 November to 23 December from £96 per person, including theme park entry, Santa's Grotto, live pantomime, and more. Haven will also bring festive fun to eight of its parks across England, Wales, and Scotland in November and December 2026.

Booking and School Holidays

The breaks align with the 2026 school holidays, with schools in England and Wales breaking up on December 21 and returning on January 4. While Christmas may feel distant during a May heatwave, Parkdean Resorts recommends early booking as festive family breaks continue to grow in popularity.
