M&S Cloudy Rosé Wine: A Funky, Fermented Summer Sip for Adventurous Palates
M&S Cloudy Rosé: Funky Fermented Wine for Adventurous Drinkers

Marks & Spencer has introduced a new cloudy rosé wine that is turning heads with its unique, funky character. The wine is slowly fermented using hand-harvested grapes, which are pressed at cool temperatures to preserve bright, vibrant flavours.

A Kombucha-Wine Hybrid

Wine expert Candace likens the cloudy rosé to a combination of kombucha and wine. She notes that it is very funky on the nose, with the yeasty flavours you might expect from a pétillant naturel (pet nat). At the same time, there are classic strawberry and raspberry aromas typical of a summer rosé.

Tart and Dry Finish

On the palate, Candace explains that the finish is notably tart and dry. She warns that this wine is not for light Provence rosé purists. However, for those who enjoy fermented drinks, the funkier flavours stand up well to food because the wine has quite a lot going on.
